  Steve Went above and beyond over a few days, researching and keeping in touch, alleviating my stress, the quoted price was fair and reasonable, and complete price for the work and effort Steve put in was more than fair and with in discussed budget.

  Steve repaired a laptop hardware issue which took about an hour and a half and was priced very reasonably at $100.
  This was my first experience with computer repairs and I only have the best things to say about Steve. Will be a returning customer should I run into any more tech complications and will happily recommend friends and family in the area.

  Steve to the rescue once again!!!
  I had Windows 11 crash seven weeks after I installed it.
  I managed to get it back up and running however encountered major issues with restoring my past emails on outlook as well as … More my address book.
  Feeling rather bravado I tried to do fix it myself with the help of so called "IT gurus"on Youtube.
  The result was a complete disaster.
  I ended up with nearly a gigabyte of "repeated" emails called in a folder "Large" and same in another folder called "Unread".
  My advice. Don't even think about it!
  If you are not very well versed in IT thenseek help from a professional.
  I later read in a Microsoft forum that appying the advice out there in the public domain is asking for trouble.
  I had enough and called Steve on the day and he managed to get me in to see him .
  As always you just know this guy is the "Master" as soon as you are in his presence.
  I am a retired Qualified Accountant and watched in awe as he methodically went through and "unravelled" my mess.
  He reinstated all my emails and folder structures as well as my long list of professional and social contacts.
  I left relieved and blessed that we have such a highly skilled and extremely competent professional person in our local community.
  And the story didn't end there.
  When I got home I encountered another unforeseen issue and was on the phone to Steve.
  Steve again used the latest technology to link into my computer and resolve another very complex issue with the same structured methodology he displayed earlier.
  Steve's rates are very reasonable compared to what others are charging.
  As stated by myself and others I highly recommend him to anyone who seeks good old fashioned expertise at a very reasonable price.

  Update May 2024
  Steve recently May 2024 replaced my aging computer after a hardware crash.
  His service and assistance is second to none.
  His price was very reasonable and he used quality components.
  He managed to recover many of my files and added extra's to my computer to ensure backups are done more regularly.
  His communication and pleasant demeanor was so reassuring.
  He also exhibited his gentleman traits which he is renowned for.
  I highly recommend Steve for all your IT needs.
  A very honest and polite computer technician.
  Steve fixed my video card issue in a jiffy. He had my computer back to me in record time.
  He explained the issue and offered a effective fix which saved me a lot of money.
  Highly recommended.
